The island of La Gomera is participating in the new edition of the Canary Islands Gastronomic Salon, held from May 19 to 21 at the Tenerife Trade Fair Center.

Through the Alimentos de La Gomera quality seal, promoted by the Island Council, the Gomera delegation seeks to position the uniqueness of its products at the largest professional gastronomy event in the Archipelago. This presence provides visibility to the work of farmers, ranchers, beekeepers, and winemakers, who are essential to the island's economy and identity.
The island's stand, located at booths 217 and 219, offers the public guided tastings and culinary demonstrations based on zero-kilometer ingredients. The selection includes a wide variety of products, ranging from Designation of Origin wines to cheeses, almogrote, honey, gofio, and traditional pastries.

"Participation in this showcase represents a strategic opportunity to continue positioning the quality, uniqueness, and value of our local products across the entire Archipelago."
