This initiative, managed by the Department of Commerce and Markets, aims to strengthen the municipal strategy to support local businesses. The cards, which can only be used in participating establishments, offer a significant discount for citizens.
Those interested can request a prior appointment for card acquisition on April 14 and 17. Collection will take place on April 15 and 16 at the Sagunt City Council, or on April 21, 22, and 23 at the Facosa headquarters, located at San Pedro street number 69 in Port de Sagunt.
Each card will have a value of 100 euros, of which the customer will contribute 50 euros, thus benefiting from a 50% discount on their purchases. The purchase is limited to one card per beneficiary and payment must be made by credit or debit card.

The card balance can be used for one or several purchases and in one or more participating businesses, which will be identified with a distinctive sign. The usage period extends from May 1 to June 30, 2026. If the balance is not fully spent, 50% of the remainder will be allocated to the Sagunt Food Bank and the other 50% will be reimbursed to the city council.
Councillor Natalia Antonino emphasized that this campaign not only benefits businesses but also citizens, by increasing their purchasing power and generating a positive impact on the local economy. Both the Sagunt City Council and Facosa encourage the population to actively participate and support local commerce.
