The company Coalza Systems, which has a production plant in Almassora, has introduced a new intelligent dynamic packaging system designed to automate end-of-line processes in the food sector.

This new equipment allows for the precise handling of products from the conveyor belt to the robotic claw, achieving a capacity of up to 120 containers per minute. The system stands out for its versatility, as it occupies a small footprint of 6 m² and adapts to multiple container formats and box configurations.
The main innovation lies in the integration of software based on artificial intelligence. This technology allows the system to interpret the environment in real-time, identifying and automatically correcting defects such as container deformations or labeling errors, which reduces production downtime and increases service stability.
The development of this solution, manufactured entirely in Spain, responds to the growing need of industries for more flexible and efficient processes. The company, with an extensive track record in packaging technologies, continues to expand its presence in international markets, including notable projects in Latin America.
