Savvy Data Systems and the Ideko technology center, based in Donostia and Elgoibar respectively, will present their joint digitalization value proposition at the Advanced Factories fair in Barcelona, from May 5 to 7, focusing on aerospace manufacturing.

Both entities, Savvy Data Systems and Ideko, will demonstrate their collaboration through real-world success stories in leading aerospace companies. They will show how the implementation of real-time monitoring systems, total traceability, and predictive maintenance allows plants to reduce cycle times.
From the technology center located in Elgoibar, it was highlighted that the digitalization of aeronautical manufacturing plants is a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainability and decarbonization in this industry. Furthermore, the use of new, lighter, and more complex materials to machine demands “guaranteeing zero-defect production and maximizing energy efficiency”.

"Our systems deploy mathematical models and artificial intelligence close to the machines, so they can act instantly. Considering that industrial processes are fast, the more agile and effective the decision, as well as the subsequent decision, the greater the return on investment will be."

The CEO of Savvy Data Systems
The joint exhibitor at the fair will feature the main demonstrator, Savvy Fog. This tool allows the deployment of automation solutions developed by Ideko directly into the client's infrastructure, enabling data processing, storage, and analysis at the plant level. This approach offers the same performance as the cloud, but guarantees low latency and total data sovereignty, an essential requirement for critical security-regulated sectors such as aerospace and defense.
These solutions are also transferable to other demanding economic sectors such as energy, railway, or automotive, improving competitiveness and sustainability standards.
