The organizations INTZA, Grupo SEIN, Calderería CPK, and Iraurgi Berritzen have shared the first collective session of the IKASEKIN Pertsonak process, starting from a real people management need of each company.

The objective of this process is to start from a real people management need of each company, define a specific project, and put it into practice. Communication, involvement of management teams, people planning, and ways of working are some of the topics to be addressed.
From need to action: identifying and shaping the challenge each organization faces in people management. In individual orientation sessions, each organization has specified the need or challenge they wish to address and defined the project, seeking precision and effectiveness.
During the first collective session, the focus, objectives, and initial steps of each project were worked on, to experiment by delving into development within the company. Over approximately four months, the projects will be developed within the companies, with the support of individual consultancy sessions and by contrasting the progress made.
The final session will share results, learnings, and difficulties, and define future challenges. IKASEKIN Pertsonak is developed under the coordination of Iraurgi Berritzen and the facilitation of Ainhoa Zatarain, starting from the reality of each company and promoting inter-company learning.
