The initiative, which will run from May to November, has the main objective of "boosting entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic development" in the province. According to the provincial institution, the aim is to "identify, train, and support entrepreneurial projects with growth potential" to consolidate them as viable and competitive business initiatives, as well as to "prevent brain drain and contribute to talent retention, especially in rural areas."
The president of AJE Granada, Alejandro Aguado, highlighted the importance of institutional support for young entrepreneurs to "transform their ideas into real and competitive projects." He added that these types of programs "generate opportunities, retain talent in the province, and strengthen Granada's business fabric from its early stages."
The program includes an initial phase of attracting and selecting at least 40 applications, from which 20 finalist projects will be chosen after a technical evaluation. Subsequently, between September and October, the selected participants will receive intensive training in business models, commercial strategy, technological adoption, and financial planning.
In November, the ten initiatives with the greatest projection will access individual mentoring, receiving a strategic diagnosis and a tailored action plan. The program will conclude in November with a public event where participants will present their projects to institutional representatives, collaborating entities, and potential investors.
The call is open to individuals, legal entities, and promoter teams who have a business project or a structured business idea with territorial ties to the province of Granada. It is essential that all members of the promoter team reside in the province for the entire duration of the program.
