“"The province of Castellón stands out for its solid industrial vocation, its entrepreneurial tradition, and for having a competitive productive fabric that makes it an ideal enclave for the implementation of new business initiatives."
Applications for the acquisition of industrial land will be evaluated in a competitive tender, as published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV). Adjudication criteria will include the number of new jobs created, job retention, the integration of workers with functional diversity, job creation in social economy companies, investment in the industrial project and in R&D&i, and the provision of complementary services.
The application period is now open and will conclude on March 31, 2027, with five intermediate deadlines. The first of these ends on May 29, 2026. Interested parties can submit their applications at the general registry of Ivace in València or at the Alcalà de Xivert City Council, as well as other locations stipulated by law.
The El Campaner business park, commercialized by Ivace+i, is located in the center of the Mediterranean Arch, with direct access to the N-340 and proximity to the AP-7 and the Port of Castellón.
