The sixth edition of the Benetússer job interview marathon has convened nearly 1,300 applicants actively seeking employment or career advancement. The event, organized by the Local Development Agency of the Benetússer City Council, took place at the municipal warehouse.
A total of twenty companies from various sectors participated in the forum, offering around a hundred job positions for diverse professional profiles. The goal is to facilitate direct contact between candidates and companies in the region.
The mayor of Benetússer, Eva Sanz, attended the event to observe the interview dynamics. Sanz highlighted the initiative's effectiveness in allowing applicants to apply for multiple positions and streamlining the job search process by "breaking down the screen barrier."
Companies such as Bauhaus, Carrefour Supermercados, Ikea, Fritoper, Más que cuidados, and Improving Logistics conducted hundreds of interviews with candidates pre-selected from over 2,300 applications submitted through the website benetusserocupacio.es.
