Kia Corporation has reported global sales of 298,037 units in July 2026, marking a 13.4% increase compared to the same month last year.

The rise is attributed to strong demand for the Kia Sportage and Seltos SUVs. The Sportage saw 52,714 units sold worldwide, while the Seltos achieved 36,429 units. The K4 sedan also played a significant role, with 20,789 units sold. Sales of special-purpose vehicles reached 877 units, up 74.7%.
Outside of Korea, Kia sold 242,556 vehicles, an 11.6% increase from July 2025. The Sportage led international sales with 47,333 units (up 12.2%), followed by the Seltos (29,002 units) and the K4 sedan (20,789 units).
In the domestic market, Kia sold 54,604 units in Korea, a 21.3% year-on-year increase. The Seltos was the top-selling model in Korea with 7,427 units (up 50.9%), followed by the Carnival minivan (6,917 units) and the Sorento SUV (6,153 units). Deliveries of hybrid (HEV) and electric (EV) vehicles in Korea reached 31,695 units, up 44.6%.
Kia has recorded five consecutive months of year-on-year growth in global sales, driven by demand in Korea and key international markets for electrified vehicles. The company plans to leverage this sales momentum with region-specific strategies and its competitive new product lineup.
