The Valencian Institute for Competitiveness and Innovation (Ivace+i) has resolved its grant line for the development of demonstrators and pilot tests, with a budget of 4.55 million euros, which will support 19 innovative projects across the Valencian Community.

These grants, processed under a competitive bidding system, aim to facilitate the transfer of research results to the productive sector by validating scientific solutions for business application. The majority of the selected initiatives, 12 out of 19, will be developed by Valencian universities.
The Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH) leads five projects, while the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) will undertake four. Research centers dependent on the CSIC in the Valencian Community will participate in five proposals, and the Incliva Foundation and the Prince Felipe Research Center (CIFP) will each manage one project.
The initiatives, which will extend until 2028, address key sectors such as health (diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation), circular economy, environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, the agri-food sector, telecommunications, and sensor technologies.
The program is co-financed by the European Union, through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Valencian Community 2021-2027. This resolution finalizes the grant awards for the 2026 call for subsidies aimed at developing and strengthening the Valencian innovation system, promoting public-private collaboration.
