The business fabric of the Foia de Castalla has begun to explore the business possibilities offered by the defense sector and the impact of artificial intelligence.

During the latest Business Breakfast organized by the Association of Entrepreneurs of Foia de Castalla (Ibiae), attendees discussed how investment in security and defense, both in Spain and the European Union, can benefit local companies.
The region has an industry specialized in sectors such as plastics, metal, packaging, and automation. These technical capabilities allow many companies to become suppliers of components, machining, or technological solutions for the defense supply chain.
On the other hand, artificial intelligence was the other major focus of the day. Business leaders agreed that applying these tools to production planning, data analysis, and administrative automation is key to improving competitiveness in the current market.
