The proposed distribution of results, which will be submitted to the General Assembly, plans to allocate 89% to reserves and 11% to social work. This decision strengthens the entity's capitalization, placing its CET1 ratio at 24.26%, well above required levels. Furthermore, the budget for social work will increase to 3.8 million euros, almost double that of the previous year.
Caixa Ontinyent's business volume reached 2.802 million euros, with a 5% growth. The delinquency rate decreased to 1.81%, with a coverage of 107.75%. These financial indicators reinforce the entity's position to continue its growth project and its proximity banking model.
Currently, Caixa Ontinyent is immersed in developing its new strategic plan for the 2026-2028 period, aiming to consolidate its position as a benchmark in the Comunitat Valenciana. The plan combines local banking with a strong commitment to innovation and modernization, integrating digital channels and in-person service to offer a more accessible and efficient experience. Digital functionalities will be expanded, and direct service in branches will be reinforced, with greater scheduling flexibility and no prior appointment needed.
In terms of growth, the entity will continue its expansion by opening new branches. After developing towards the south of the Comunitat Valenciana in recent years (with openings in Alicante, Elche, and Paterna), it is now directing its growth towards the north. Projections for 2028 include 10,000 new customers, a business volume of 3.147 million euros, a 27% growth in credit investment, and a 14% increase in customer resources.
Technology and digitalization are strategic pillars for service improvement, with the incorporation of new functionalities in the digital office and the use of artificial intelligence. In social work, in 2025, 633 activities were carried out with 245 groups, benefiting over 190,000 people. For the current year, a contribution of 1.7 million euros to the future Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Universitat de València in Ontinyent stands out, in addition to initiatives in education, training, and support for vulnerable groups.
