Asevi, a company based in Xàbia specializing in cleaning and disinfection products, has announced the upcoming opening of a new factory in the Pego industrial park, a key step in its expansion plan.

The decision to establish operations in Pego represents a diversification for the Marina Alta region, traditionally focused on tourism and construction. Asevi, founded in 1952, is a benchmark in the manufacturing of cleaning and disinfection products.
The mayor of Pego, Enrique Moll, accompanied by the Councilor for Urban Planning, Laura Castellà, and the Councilor for Finance, Ricardo Sendra, visited the company's facilities in Xàbia. They were received by Josep Pons, founder of Asevi, with whom they discussed the details of the implementation process and the necessary urban and technical procedures.
Mayor Moll expressed his gratitude to the company for choosing Pego for its expansion. "It will be a significant investment that will greatly contribute to the town's growth and job creation," Moll stated, emphasizing that "it demonstrates the strategic potential of the Pego industrial park."
