The project aims to create a business ecosystem to support entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses during their growth phases. The space will offer flexible and fixed workstations, offices, and meeting rooms, as well as advisory, training, and mentoring programs for project consolidation.
The center will be managed through a service concession, allowing professionals with business experience to oversee both the shared workspace areas and the incubation programs. According to the technical report, the center expects to offer around fifty workstations initially.
Additionally, the municipal council approved a budget modification to carry out various local infrastructure improvements, such as renovating a bench at the Boqueres soccer field and purchasing a breathalyzer for the Local Police. Furthermore, it was unanimously agreed to provide new shaded areas in public spaces, including the creation of a climate shelter at the municipal market.
