The Official Gazette of the Generalitat (DOGV) published this Tuesday the announcement submitting to public information the requests for prior administrative authorization, construction administrative authorization, and simplified environmental impact assessment for the installation.
The project is promoted by the local company Talleres Rapalo, with its registered office in the Camí Fondo industrial estate in Almassora. The medium-sized plant, with its own evacuation infrastructure, will occupy an area of 59,031 square meters and will have a grid access power of 2,500 kW (2.5 megawatts), although the projected peak power amounts to 3,067.2 kWp.
The installation will feature 4,320 solar panels of 710 Wp, mounted on fixed metal structures with a south orientation and a 30-degree inclination. It will also include eight inverters of 300 kW nominal power each. The energy will be stepped up from 800 volts to 20 kV through a transformation center and subsequently delivered to an independent switching center of i-DE Redes Eléctricas Inteligentes.
Energy evacuation will be carried out via an underground medium-voltage line, connected to the 39-Pla de Museros 20 kV line of the La Plana electrical substation, with a total length of 660 meters. The material execution budget amounts to 1,361,666.06 euros, and the estimated period for executing the works is four months from the start date. The projected annual production is 4,607,895 kWh.
The project also incorporates auxiliary actions such as land clearing, trenching for wiring, adaptation of internal roads with artificial gravel, and the installation of a two-meter high perimeter hunting mesh fence, with a six-meter access gate. Additionally, it includes monitoring, video surveillance, and anti-intrusion systems.
With this procedure, the action now enters a key phase, in which administrations, entities, and individuals can examine the documentation and submit any allegations they deem appropriate before the Generalitat decides on its authorization.
