The construction of the Jávea Beach structure, which includes a basement, three above-ground floors, and a solarium, has been completed by Alibuilding. This project, located on Xàbia's Arenal beach in the Marina Alta region, has received an excellent market response, standing out for its design and strategic location.
Sales for the first phase have already reached 67% of the total homes offered, underscoring Xàbia's appeal to both national and international buyers. Alibuilding maintains its commitment to local suppliers and companies from the province of Alicante for the development of its projects along the Costa Blanca.
On this occasion, the construction company Alcudia Obras y Servicios was responsible for the work, utilizing products from the Elche-based company Krystaline, which specializes in reinforcing and waterproofing concrete. Alibuilding's General Director, José Antonio Izquierdo, expressed his satisfaction with the completion of this phase, highlighting the effort and professionalism of all involved parties.
