Developer Alibuilding has completed the structure of its Jávea Beach residential complex on Xàbia's Arenal beach, a luxury project of 27 homes that involved a 14 million euro investment and has already sold 67% of its units.

The relentless pace of urban development in Xàbia continues, and Alibuilding, part of the Aligrupo holding, has met the execution deadlines for its development. The residential structure, comprising a basement, three above-ground floors, and a solarium, has now reached its maximum height.
The high demand for luxury complexes in the area is reflected in the 67% of homes already sold in this first construction phase. The company highlighted its responsiveness to the market and Xàbia's strong appeal to national and international buyers.
Prices for available homes at Jávea Beach start from 610,000 euros for a three-bedroom ground-floor unit and go up to 850,000 euros for the most exclusive penthouse, which boasts 223 m² of surface area. The total project investment is 14 million euros.
The complex is located on Strasbourg Avenue, near Avenida dels Tamarits, allowing future residents easy access to the southern end of Arenal beach. The development is built on a 3,500 square meter plot and offers 27 two or three-bedroom homes, with a solarium incorporated into the top-floor apartments. Key handover is scheduled for June 2027.
The design of the development is inspired by the traditional Mediterranean housing model, prioritizing exterior views, spacious terraces, gardens, and abundant light. To enhance its luxury character, the residential also includes a 158 square meter swimming pool with a hydromassage area and a shallow children's bathing space.
Alibuilding has emphasized its commitment to local companies and suppliers from the province of Alicante. For this project, they collaborated with the construction company Alcudia Obras y Servicios, which utilized products from the Elche-based company Krystaline for the reinforcement and waterproofing of the concrete structures.

"It remains a benchmark in the construction sector's culture to reach the full height of each building. And we celebrate it as such. Because we must value the capacity to generate housing, the effort of many people in this endeavor, and their high professionalism."
