“"When we envisioned Lesìx, we knew it already had a very loyal yet demanding public. We wanted to offer added value to their daily lives and an alternative at the level this area deserves, where the offerings of commerce, leisure, dining, and sports are very scattered. We want Lesìx to be more than just a place to go for residents of the entire area: a place where they can find everything they are looking for, at all hours and every day of the week, with a dynamic offer where everything is within their reach."

The Sexta Avenida shopping center in Majadahonda, which has been undergoing renovations, is scheduled for a full reopening in October 2026, introducing a wide range of new leisure, dining, and service options.
The extensive construction work at the Sexta Avenida shopping center, which even impacted access to the A-6 Carretera de la Coruña from Carretera del Plantío/Avenida de la Victoria, is nearing completion. The estimated completion date is October 2026, although developers have not yet specified an exact day.
Currently, only three establishments have remained open during the construction phase: the Sexta Avenida pharmacy, the O2 Centro Wellness gym, and the Patrick Sport ski shop. These will be joined by the former Mercadona on the ground floor.
The new proposal for the shopping center promises a more sophisticated atmosphere, with the inauguration of Yelmo Luxury cinemas and a Pickleball club featuring six courts. This sport, which combines elements of tennis, padel, badminton, and table tennis, is experiencing significant growth. Additionally, an optician, the Vetsalud veterinary clinic, a hair salon, a beauty center, a dry cleaner and clothing repair shop, a children's club, and the BodyBarre fitness studio will be incorporated.
The gastronomic offering will expand significantly with the opening of at least six new restaurants. Among them are “Copa de Balón,” with its restaurant and gourmet wine shop concept; “Hermanos Vinagre,” known for its traditional Madrid appetizers; “Rocacho,” specializing in grilled meats and rice dishes; and “La Mafia se sienta a la mesa,” which will change its name to “La Famiglia se sienta a la Mesa” for its quality Italian cuisine proposal. A Mexican restaurant, an Asian-Japanese establishment, and other restaurant chains currently in advanced negotiations will also be added, aiming for an all-day service offering.
The total investment amounts to 40 million euros, made by the multinational Saint-Croix, linked to the Pryconsa group. These funds have been allocated to rehabilitate 6,000 square meters, of which 3,300 m² will be for terraces and outdoor areas, complemented by a 720-space parking lot. Gastronomic consulting was provided by a prestigious firm in the sector.
