With this budget expansion, the allocation for 2026 will reach 90 million euros. The objective is to finance up to 65% of the salary costs for these workers, thus promoting their integration into the labor market.
To access these subsidies, Special Employment Centers must have at least 70% of their staff composed of people with disabilities (degree equal to or greater than 33%) and be duly qualified and registered.
The amount of aid varies according to the worker's characteristics and the type of contract. Generally, they cover 50% of the current Minimum Interprofessional Wage for permanent contracts, and 60% for individuals with greater difficulties accessing employment. As a novelty, this percentage is raised to 65% for workers over 45 years old, within the framework of the Senior Employment Plan.
Since 2023, the regional government has invested more than 267 million euros in this initiative, supporting the social work of the region's 254 CEEs, which employ over 20,000 people with disabilities.
The Conselleria de Economía, Hacienda y Empleo has developed a specific computer application to simplify the processing of these aids. Interested centers can submit documentation through the Community of Madrid website throughout the year.
