HousinGo by David de Gea returns to the Madrid Real Estate Fair (SIMA 2026), taking place from May 20th to 23rd at IFEMA Madrid, with a unique visual concept. The company has designed its stand to emulate one of the capital's most iconic monuments: the Puerta de Alcalá, seeking to reinforce its positioning in the exclusive Barrio de Salamanca.
Spanning over 45 square meters, HousinGo's space aims to connect with the brand's essence and its specialization in premium properties in central Madrid. The monument's neoclassical style contrasts with prevailing minimalist trends, offering a differential value.
“"Just as SIMA grows, HousinGo also evolves. Since our beginnings, the Puerta de Alcalá has been our hallmark [...] At a time when minimalist and technological trends dominate, the neoclassical style of this monument provides the value that connects with our brand."
In addition to the visual presentation, David de Gea will host networking sessions for real estate professionals from Wednesday to Friday starting at 5 PM. These meetings will serve to discuss market trends, foreign investment, and the promotion of professional alliances.
Throughout the event, the HousinGo stand will offer a complete experience for visitors, including tastings of Iberian ham and national wines in the mornings and midday, and music and drinks in the afternoons to foster idea exchange among investors, owners, and experts.
HousinGo's participation in SIMA 2026 reflects its commitment to innovation in the luxury sector, combining experiential marketing, branding, and strategic positioning at Spain's most important real estate event. The company is known for its quality, transparency, and excellence in management, with offices on streets such as Ayala and Serrano.
