Traders will receive personalized advice through at least two on-site visits. During these sessions, the business's status will be evaluated, and specific recommendations will be defined. The outcome will be a plan agreed upon with the business owner, including short and medium-term initiatives.
The initiative targets retail businesses within the Community of Madrid that are self-employed or micro-enterprises with an annual turnover below 2 million euros and fewer than 10 employees. The Community of Madrid is promoting this program with the participation of 250 businesses, aiming to align Madrid's retail sector with current market needs.
