The re-election of Florentino Pérez as head of Real Madrid until 2030 will enable the club to move forward with large-scale projects aimed at generating new revenue and consolidating its leadership. Among the most notable initiatives is the development of an ambitious Madrid Innovation District on the 85 hectares in Valdebebas, a technology campus valued at 8.5 billion euros.

This project, which requires the rezoning of the land by the Madrid City Council, includes the creation of university centers and a leisure complex, as well as housing companies in artificial intelligence, big data, biotechnology, and entertainment. The goal is to replicate the Silicon Valley model and position Madrid as a hub for innovation.

The reactivation of concerts at the Santiago Bernabéu is another pillar of Florentino Pérez's strategy to generate additional income following the 1.3 billion euro investment in the stadium's renovation. Despite legal challenges and noise fines that have halted musical events, the club seeks to obtain special permits from the Community of Madrid and the City Council to bypass current acoustic limits.

Furthermore, the intention is to resume the public parking project near the stadium, which was annulled by a court. The club and the Madrid City Council are now seeking an agreement to build at least one of the parking facilities, offering spaces to residents to try and resolve the judicial dispute.
