The Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council provides citizens with five free digital applications designed to simplify daily life, covering everything from public transport information to sports facility bookings.

The Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council has developed various applications with the aim of offering services to citizens and making city life easier. These digital tools, free and accessible, represent a practical way to access information and carry out procedures, such as checking public transport schedules or booking municipal facilities.
Among the main applications, VG TMC (Municipal Citizen Card) stands out, which allows access to civic center facilities and the opening of organic waste recycling containers. Furthermore, it facilitates the processing of online services on the municipal website, making all services offered by the Vitoria City Council available from a mobile device.
The Geo Vitoria-Gasteiz application, on the other hand, offers an interactive map that indicates tourist points in the city (heritage, leisure, sports) and information on mobility (buses, trams, bike lanes, traffic density). This app allows users to view Tuvisa lines and stops in real-time and helps identify streets with high vehicle traffic to avoid jams.
Regarding public transport, the VG Bus application provides detailed information about Vitoria's public transport through geolocation, including lines, stops, and schedules. It is also worth mentioning Tranvit, a similar app developed by a private citizen, available only for Android devices.
The VG Reservations application allows users to book spaces in municipal facilities, such as paddle tennis courts, basketball courts, or rooms for meetings. It can be used for both sports and non-sports activities, and even for booking civil funerals. Finally, the Citizen Mailbox app offers residents the possibility to send complaints, contributions, or suggestions, providing a platform for interaction with the city council and other citizens.
