The ITV vehicle inspection centers in Bergara and Zarautz, operated by Itasua, will face a three-day strike in the coming weeks due to a deadlock in labor agreement negotiations.

The strike days are scheduled for June 29, and July 8 and 10. Drivers with appointments for vehicle inspections on these dates should be aware that the service will be disrupted.
The company's works councils, represented by ELA and LAB, state that staff are demanding improved working conditions and parity with other local firms. After six meetings with management, the unions report that no significant progress has been made.
Employees argue that the latest negotiation proposal led to setbacks regarding existing bonuses. They maintain that the company has sufficient capacity to address their demands concerning wages and working hours.
