Rural Kutxa has opened a new office in Bilbao, reaffirming its commitment to customer proximity and personalized service, offering walk-in service and expanding its presence in Bizkaia.

The financial institution has inaugurated a new branch in Bilbao, solidifying its commitment to proximity and personalized customer service. This opening marks a significant milestone in the entity's expansion in Bizkaia, where it now boasts 37 offices and a team of 175 professionals dedicated to serving nearly 80,000 clients.
The new office underscores the entity's significant commitment to a service model without prior appointments and with cash desk services in all its branches, maintaining the closeness that has always characterized Rural Kutxa. This contrasts with the general market trend of reducing bank branches and staff.

"In 2006, we opened our first office in Bizkaia, in Portugalete, with great enthusiasm, and a few months later, in 2007, we inaugurated our first office in Bilbao in Sabino Arana. 20 years later, we continue to demonstrate that we are faithful to a business model focused on close service and customer advice, investing in the office as the center and axis of our commercial relationships."

Rural Kutxa's trajectory in Bizkaia has enabled it to increase its presence in household economies and in segments such as institutions, businesses, and private banking. The effort in financing various projects has a positive impact on the economy of Bizkaia, reaffirming the entity's commitment to the province.
Furthermore, the entity returns 10% of its annual available profits to society, engaging in local investments and connecting with customs and traditions through its local Social Action. This includes contributing to educational, sports, and social projects, such as nearly 100 agreements with clubs in Bizkaia benefiting over 2,000 people, and its support for events like the Bilbao International Mile or the Bilbao Triathlon.

"Rural Kutxa returns 10% of its annual available profits to society, which is a distinctive aspect and a way to reinvest resources in the territory where we are present."
