The Labor Inspectorate has concluded that the employment regulation file (ERE) at Tubos Reunidos' Amurrio and Trapagaran plants is legally viable, despite union disagreements and uncertainties regarding future forecasts.

The body believes that the procedure followed by the company to implement the ERE "substantially complies with legal requirements" and that "economic, productive, and organizational causes" exist for its application. The 83-page document, dated today, supports the company's actions.
