Workers at CAF have blocked the entrance to the main warehouse in Beasain today, aiming to pressure management and accelerate collective bargaining agreement negotiations, with unions indicating their flexibility.

The company committees, with representatives from Beasain, Irún, and Madrid, have expressed their willingness to facilitate negotiations, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to make concessions on their demands platform. Consequently, they have requested the company to convene the negotiation table immediately.
The LAB and ELA unions announced in March that CAF workers would carry out 67 hours of strikes distributed between April and June. LAB has reported that, in addition to maintaining the strikes scheduled for this week, they will block the main warehouse entrance for the entire day today.

"Only the pressure from workers moves management, and we will continue to deepen this path."

The unions urge management to expedite the meeting as soon as possible, emphasizing that willingness is necessary for the agreement to be substantive and for negotiations to progress.
