Modern industrial facilities in l'Aldea.
The technology company Reinforce3D has inaugurated its new facilities in the l'Estació de Mercaderies industrial park in l'Aldea, Baix Ebre, a key step to consolidate its production and international projection with CFIP technology.
Reinforce3D has opened the doors of its new facilities in the l'Estació de Mercaderies industrial park in l'Aldea. This space is designed to boost the production and growth of the company, which originated in the region and has a clear international outlook. The inauguration ceremony was attended by the mayor of the municipality, other authorities, suppliers, and guests.
The company is based on the development of CFIP (Continuous Fiber Injection Process), a patented technology that allows reinforcing parts with continuous carbon fiber injected through internal channels. This process involves 3D printing the part with these channels and subsequently injecting the carbon fiber. The result is lighter and more resistant components, suitable for sectors such as sports, automotive, drones, defense, and medical components.

"On behalf of the l'Aldea City Council, we express our great satisfaction in having a new industrial implantation in the municipality. It is a high-technology industry that brings great added value to the territory, generates highly specialized jobs, and requires highly qualified professionals. We hope this new industrial implantation is very successful in our municipality and that, in the not-too-distant future, we can see it expand its business volume and continue to grow in l'Aldea."
With these new facilities, Reinforce3D will be able to centralize the development and manufacturing of the Delta machine, which allows bringing the CFIP process to clients. This will increase the production rate of the machines and continue to improve the technology. All machine components are produced in Europe.
Reinforce3D already markets its product in Europe and the United States through a network of distributors. Soon, in November, it will present the next evolution of its machine at the Formnext trade fair in Frankfurt.

"These facilities are an important step for us. We are a company from the region and we want to grow here, generating talent and employment in the Terres de l'Ebre, while bringing our technology to clients worldwide."
The company thus reinforces its commitment to the territory and prepares for a growth phase, with a presence at international trade fairs in the additive manufacturing sector such as Formnext in Germany or JEC World in Paris. The goal is to consolidate itself as a pioneer in reinforcing parts using continuous carbon fiber.
The launch of these facilities in l'Aldea opens the door to expanding the team and creating new jobs, contributing to economic development and talent generation in the Terres de l'Ebre. It is an industrial activity of high technological value that requires qualified professionals.
