The Governing Board of the Catalan Finance Institute (ICF), the public promotion bank of the Generalitat de Catalunya, has welcomed four new independent members: Cristina Alba, Gloria Ausió, Albert Rosés, and Ricard Tubau. This renewal coincides with the end of the mandate of four other members, to whom the entity thanks for their dedication and contribution to consolidating the ICF as a key instrument for supporting the Catalan business and social fabric.
With these appointments, the ICF maintains a total of eleven members, six of whom are independent directors, thus guaranteeing the entity's organic, financial, functional, and management autonomy, in accordance with its law. The Governing Board, chaired by the Secretary General of the Department of Economy and Finance, Juli Fernández Iruela, also includes as ex officio directors Eva Giménez Corrons, Francesc Trillas Jané, and Jaume Baró Torres, in addition to the CEO Vanessa Servera i Planas.
