During the event, recognitions were presented to key figures in Fuerteventura's agricultural sector. Among those honored were Juan de Saá and Armando Melián, the latter posthumously, as well as other professionals from municipalities such as Antigua, La Oliva, Pájara, and Puerto del Rosario.

The island president, Lola García, along with the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries, Enrique Pérez, and municipal representatives, emphasized the importance of valuing those who have elevated Canarian agriculture, consolidating Fuerteventura as a historical benchmark in the sector.
Among the honorees, an agriculturist from Antigua was recognized for their contribution through a family aloe vera business. Another farmer from La Oliva was distinguished for a lifetime dedicated to agriculture, while a professional from Pájara was acknowledged for their career since 1969, adapting from traditional markets to greenhouses to support their family.
From Puerto del Rosario, a female farmer shared her experience, highlighting how the tradition of cultivating the land has been passed down to her descendants. Posthumously, a promoter of agricultural associations in Tuineje was honored, founder of an aloe factory and promoter of significant advances for the sector, such as bonuses for agricultural water.
In addition to the tributes, FEAGA also hosted the III Morphological Assessment Contest for adult goats, organized by the Cabildo de Fuerteventura. In this competition, morphological aspects and the health status of the animals were evaluated. The first prize was awarded to an animal from a farmer in Tesejerague, the second to one from Villaverde, and the third to a goat from Tiscamanita.
