Registration for the fair will be open from Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Interested parties can resolve doubts and consult details through the Local Employment and Development Agency, by emailing elba.diaz@elsauzal.es or calling 922 57 00 00, extension 1130.
The main objective of the event is to boost commerce, gastronomy, and crafts in El Sauzal, providing a space for merchandise liquidation, sales, and special offers, as well as seasonal products at reduced prices.
All commercial and gastronomic establishments in the municipality are eligible to participate. The venue will be divided into 3x3 m² stands, with one allocated per participant, and the possibility of requesting an additional one if available. Stand allocation will prioritize product variety, ensuring at least one stand per sector. Artisans will have a dedicated space assigned by lottery.
To register, merchants, restaurateurs, and artisans must submit the attached form and proof of payment. The fee is €30 per tent for entrepreneurs and €10 per stand for artisans. ASEMSA members will receive a 50% discount on the tent fee upon verification.
Registration documents must be submitted ten days before the event. Submission methods include the General Registry of the City Council (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM), the decentralized office in Ravelo (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM), or via email to elba.diaz@elsauzal.es.
All participating establishments are required to donate one or more gifts daily, which will be raffled among customers. Participation implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
