The agreement, signed by the island's president, Lola García, the Crafts Councillor, Lolina Negrín, and the association's president, Felipe Nicolás Bobadilla, aims to promote Majorero crafts and defend the collective's interests.
The funding will support the association's activities and consolidate the exhibition and sales space in Betancuria, complementing the facility at Fuerteventura Airport. The goal is to boost the commercialization and promotion of the island's creations.

These actions are part of the Strategic Subsidy Plan for the Promotion and Dissemination of Fuerteventura Crafts 2026-2028, which allocates a total of €810,000.
