Artisanal bakery Aristeo Obrador and the renowned Canary Islands snack brand Munchitos have joined forces to create a special edition cheesecake for Canary Islands Day.

This innovative creation combines the characteristic creaminess of Aristeo Obrador's cheesecakes with the crunchy, salty touch of the iconic Munchitos snacks, reinterpreting one of the islands' most recognizable flavors from an artisanal and fun perspective.
Carlos and Patricia, founders of Aristeo Obrador, started their project in Triana, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, beginning with homemade cheesecake production. The collaboration with Munchitos aims to connect with the collective memory of Canarians, celebrating the islands' identity through flavor.
From Aristeo Obrador, they explain that the idea was to create something that connected with the Canary Islands both through taste and memory. "Munchitos is part of the memory of many people on the islands, and bringing it into a cheesecake seemed like a beautiful way to celebrate our own," they state.
This partnership represents an opportunity for Aristeo Obrador to continue exploring different flavors from an artisanal standpoint, merging their sweet universe with the salty and crunchy character of Munchitos. For its part, Munchitos continues to innovate and strengthen its emotional bond with the Canary Islands consumer, supporting local projects focused on quality.
The cheesecake is now available at Aristeo Obrador's points of sale in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria: their bakery at Calle Arena 4, in the Triana area, and at the Las Arenas shopping center (1st floor, entrance via the Sphinx).
