The Ahembo business group has formalized the acquisition of 100% of Aguas de Vilaflor, a strategic move aimed at strengthening its production capacity and territorial roots in the Canary Islands.

The integration of this company allows the group to ensure the continuity of the Fuentealta brand, which has over five decades of history in the market. With this move, the entity reinforces its business model based on investment, innovation, and beverage distribution across the Archipelago.
The operation guarantees the permanence of industrial activity in the municipality of Vilaflor de Chasna, on the island of Tenerife. According to the company's management, this step is a firm commitment to local talent and the strengthening of the regional productive fabric.

"This acquisition represents much more than the incorporation of a new company into our group. It is a commitment to the Canarian industry, to local talent, and to continuing to build a business project that generates value for the Canary Islands from the Canary Islands."

Ahembo's general management
