Nine international buyers from the food sector have visited the province of Almería to gain first-hand knowledge of the products and production processes of companies under the gourmet brand 'Sabores Almería'.

This initiative, promoted by the Diputación de Almería in collaboration with ICEX España, is part of an inverse trade mission designed to facilitate contacts and establish synergies with potential buyers from various countries.
The first stop for these professionals was the 'Sabores Almería' stand at Salón Gourmets, held at Ifema, Madrid. There, they had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the proposals from the 24 companies that the brand presented at this global event.
Subsequently, the delegation traveled to the province of Almería to tour various local businesses. During their stay, they visited facilities dedicated to wine, olive oil, and salt production, learning firsthand about olive cultivation and milling techniques.
Among the places visited were Bodegas Cepa Bosquet and the olive oil mill of Aceites de Campos de Uleila. The agenda also included a visit to Restaurante Blanca Brisa and the Salinas de Cabo de Gata, culminating in a meeting and dinner featuring brand products at the 'Sabores Almería' store.
The participating buyers hail from Canada, China, Korea, the United States, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, and Serbia, underscoring the international interest in Almería's gourmet products.
