The Correos network in the province of Cadiz has integrated AXA insurance sales, enabling direct contracting at fourteen offices and providing advisory services across the remaining locations.

This initiative is part of the public company's diversification process, operating as an exclusive agent for the insurer since May 2025 following its registration with the Directorate General for Insurance and Pension Funds. The project aims to leverage its extensive network to bring financial services closer to citizens.
At the fourteen authorized offices, specialized staff manage policies for various sectors, including home, auto, health, life, and funeral insurance. Meanwhile, the other 34 offices in the province serve as information points, directing interested clients to the appropriate contracting channels.
The service reaches rural areas through 57 postal workers equipped with digital devices, capable of collecting data to facilitate policy management. Additionally, the Correos website offers an extra channel to request information and complete the process with a specialized agent.
This rollout aligns with the entity's 2024-2028 Strategic Plan, which seeks to strengthen its role as a local service provider. The company plans to continue gradually expanding the product catalog available through its agreement with AXA.
