During 2025, Caja Rural Granada's business volume grew by 11%, driven by lending activity and the positive evolution of managed customer resources. The trust of members and clients was reflected in a 5.7% increase in deposits and a 21.9% rise in off-balance sheet resources, thanks to the development of savings and investment solutions.

The entity has strengthened its commitment to boosting economic activity in its territorial scope, consolidating itself as a key financier of the real economy. Loans to customers grew by 15.8%, exceeding 5.000 million euros in over 10.200 operations, with special support for families and the business fabric. In the household sector, more than 6.000 mortgage loans totaling 828 million euros were granted.
The balance sheet quality remains one of the main strengths, with a non-performing loan ratio reduced to 1.38%. The year closed with a net profit of 107 million euros, offsetting the interest rate environment with increased customer engagement and the development of value-added services.
In addition to the economic results, the assembly highlighted the Caja's role as an agent of social development, allocating eleven million euros, through the Education and Promotion Fund, to foster cooperativism, support families and businesses, and improve social well-being.
