The Regional Ministry of Employment, Business, and Self-Employment of the Junta de Andalucía keeps the deadline open until September 15th for work-life balance aid applications for self-employed workers, with subsidies of up to 7,200 euros.

These aids, published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA), aim to facilitate the work-life balance for self-employed individuals. The call mobilizes a total of 500,000 euros.
Line 4 is aimed at hiring staff for the care of children under 3 years of age. 6,000 euros are granted for each new full-time hire of an unemployed person registered with the Andalusian Employment Service for a period of 12 months.
This amount increases to 7,200 euros if the hired person is a woman, under 30 years old, has a recognized disability (33% or higher), is a victim of gender-based violence or terrorism, always with full-time employment for 12 months. Amounts will be proportionally adapted for part-time jobs with a minimum of 20 weekly hours.
Line 5 subsidizes hires for substitutions due to risk during pregnancy or for periods of leave for birth, adoption, or foster care. Contracts made from the call's entry into force and up to 12 months prior are eligible.
For full-time interim contracts due to risk during pregnancy, the subsidy is 3,200 euros (maximum 8 months). For leave due to birth, the aid is 1,700 euros (16 weeks), potentially reaching 1,900 euros (18 weeks).
The amounts are increased by 50% if the hired person is a woman, under 30 years old, has a disability, is a victim of gender-based violence or terrorism. Amounts will be adjusted for part-time hours and reduced if the contract period is less than the maximum.
Applications and necessary documentation must be submitted exclusively online through the Virtual Office of the Regional Ministry of Employment, Business, and Self-Employment or the Catalogue of Procedures and Services. They will be addressed to the head of the respective Territorial Delegation of Employment in the province of the applicant's fiscal domicile.
