San Francisco Street in Alicante, popularly known as the mushroom street, has expanded its hospitality offerings with the opening of Tánamo, a new establishment specializing in brunch, blending breakfast and lunch.

This new venue, located in the upper part of the pedestrian axis, near Calvo Sotelo Square, opened its doors in the first week of January. It is situated on the ground floor of a newly built block of tourist apartments, developed by an Alicante-based company specializing in accommodation.
Tánamo offers an extensive menu that includes coffees, juices, yogurt bowls, smoothies, organic and natural drinks, toasts, and main course bowls with ingredients such as chicken, salmon, or turkey, as well as specific options for vegetarians and vegans.
The venue features an outdoor terrace and has a capacity for 80 people, with extended hours from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Additionally, there are plans to complement the offering with a flexible-use space on the ground floor, designed to expand the dining area or to function as a meeting room or coworking space.
The arrival of Tánamo adds another option to this pedestrian thoroughfare, which already boasts a wide variety of choices, from pizzerias and yogurt shops to Greek, French, or Asian restaurants, paella houses, and tapas bars. This street also hosts shops, tourist apartments, and the BH San Francisco Hotel, with a new hotel establishment currently under construction soon to join it.
