This strategic plan has allowed action in various zones of the more than 12 million square meters of industrial land in the municipality. During 2025, the council carried out road improvement and maintenance work in the Miralcamp industrial estate, in addition to clearing and road conditioning tasks in EGM Nord 2 and EGM Sur 13.

Interventions have also included the improvement of green areas and common spaces in Trencadella and Entre Ríos, along with waste and debris collection operations at strategic points. These actions cover pavement improvement, green area adaptation, optimization of public lighting, road signage, and the incorporation of new services to facilitate the daily activity of companies established in the municipality.

Collaboration between the City Council, IVACE, and the Management and Modernization Entities (EGM) has been key to coordinating interventions according to the real needs of each industrial area. This public-private cooperation seeks to optimize resources and adjust each action to the specific demands of companies, with the aim that companies established in Onda gain growth capacity and can attract new investments.

As part of this strategy, the City Council launched a specific industrial brigade in February to reinforce maintenance in the industrial estates. In just two months, this unit has already carried out more than 30 actions in different industrial areas, such as EGM Nord 2, Casablanca industrial estate, Miralcamp industrial estate, EGM Sur 13, Trencadella, and Entre Ríos. The work has focused on clearing, cleaning of plots, roundabouts and medians, maintenance of green areas, conditioning of sidewalks and roads, and waste collection.
