The cheesecake brand Las Tartas de Julita, created by Alicante businesswoman Julia Sala, has opened its first store in Madrid, consolidating its national expansion and preparing new openings, including Benidorm.

The story of Las Tartas de Julita adds a new chapter with its arrival in Madrid. The brand, which has turned its cheesecakes into a small gastronomic phenomenon, opens its first store in the capital this Thursday, specifically on Válgame Dios Street, 6, in the heart of Chueca.
The arrival in Madrid represents a qualitative leap in the firm's expansion, which has already built a network of 15 establishments including own stores and franchises. Its presence extends to cities such as Alicante, Elche, Murcia, Cartagena, Granada, Alcalá de Henares, and Albacete.
In addition, the brand is finalizing new openings in Benidorm —scheduled for next week—, Zaragoza, and other parts of the country. With more than 100 cheesecake flavors in rotation and a model based on daily preparation in each workshop, Las Tartas de Julita celebrates its Madrid debut with a special day that will include live music, activities, and discounted portions. This launch seeks to consolidate its presence in the national market without renouncing the artisanal essence that has defined the brand since its inception.
