The President of the Generalitat, Juanfran Pérez Llorca, has underlined the Generalitat's total support for the Valencia Inspira Diseño 2026 event, to which it has allocated €530,000 for its international buyer program. This budget represents the largest investment in the history of this trade fair, serving as an example of strategic commitment to internationalization and competitiveness.
During his visit to Feria Valencia, where he met with the Minister of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism, Marián Cano, Pérez Llorca toured the stands of the fair, which runs from September 28 to October 1. The event consolidates the Hábitat Valencia, TextilHogar, Espacio Cocina SICI fairs, and introduces 360 by Cevisama as a new feature, making the venue a key showcase for the Valencian Community's habitat industry.
The head of the Consell specified that the international buyer program includes nearly 500 clients and specifiers from strategic markets. Among the countries of origin are Mexico, Russia, France, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Morocco, the United Kingdom, Germany, Algeria, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Ecuador, Estonia, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, and Sweden, among others.
Pérez Llorca emphasized the importance of facilitating connections between Valencian companies and international buyers with significant potential, aiming to transform these contacts into real business opportunities. Furthermore, the program helps project the image of València as a territory of design, industry, and innovation.
Valencia Inspira Diseño is growing this year with over 1,200 exhibiting firms, ten pavilions, and an area exceeding 110,000 square meters. The event sees a 17% increase in gross exhibition space and a 32% rise in the number of exhibiting brands.
The habitat sector, with Hábitat Valencia, maintains its primary focus with a wide range of furniture, lighting, and decoration. Textilhogar presents the latest proposals in home textiles and decoration. The addition of 360 by Cevisama, focused on the 'contract' sector and interior design, highlights bathroom equipment.
