Melania Alarcón, a Law graduate from the University of Alicante and with a Master's in Business Law from Fundesem Business School, joined the firm in 2021. Her career includes advising companies on labor relations, collective bargaining, and representation before bodies such as the Labor Inspectorate and the General Treasury of Social Security. Her experience in workforce restructuring and leading labor lawsuits strengthens GSM&B's Labor area.

For her part, Alba Navarro, a lawyer and economist graduated from the University of Alicante, has been part of the firm since 2017. She has specialized in commercial law and comprehensive legal advice to companies, participating in business restructuring processes and succession planning. In addition, she is responsible for the Regulatory Compliance Unit and the Risk Management Unit at the group's Securities Agency, providing crucial transversal vision for the current regulatory context.
