The meeting, under the slogan ‘Companies that generate opportunities’, is part of the agreement signed between Idelsa and the business association to promote entrepreneurship, training, and support for the local economic fabric. The Councilor for Economic Development, Industry, and Employment of the Elda City Council, Lorena Pedrero, and the president of Jovempa Vinalopó, Antonio Egido, presented the event.
PYMELDA 2026 will focus on key aspects such as labor inclusion, talent management, and corporate social responsibility, aiming to inspire the local economic network and promote more inclusive work environments.
“"The keynote speech ‘Knowing that you can’, focused on resilience, personal overcoming, and the capacity for transformation within organizations."
The event will also serve as a showcase for success stories in inclusive hiring, with debate panels where entities such as ASPRODIS, Sense Barreres, and UPAPSA will share collaboration experiences with leading companies like Hispanitas and Manufacturas Flyer.
To conclude the day, a networking space has been scheduled to foster connections between companies, professionals, social entities, and entrepreneurs, aiming to create synergies and strategic alliances.
Councilor Lorena Pedrero recalled that the organization is part of the collaboration agreement between the Elda City Council (Idelsa) and Jovempa Vinalopó, renewed for the sixth consecutive year. Key objectives include providing advice for new business ideas, boosting the growth of local SMEs, and promoting training and job creation initiatives.
