Founded in Valencia in 2023, Eaship offers an easily implementable Transportation Management System (TMS) for mid-market industrial companies. This system is specifically designed for sectors such as food, chemical, packaging, construction, and consumer goods, where logistics management is often still handled manually.
The platform centralizes all transport operations, including planning, assignment, tracking, and incident management. This allows for greater visibility, control, and efficiency in environments with a high volume of shipments, ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 annual expeditions. The company has tripled its client base in 2025, growing from 8 to over 25 industrial manufacturers in Spain, with operational deployments in other European Union countries.
“"Our goal is to become the operating system for transport in the industry. Today, many companies still operate with manual processes that generate inefficiencies and a lack of visibility. Eaship allows these operations to be coordinated quickly and without friction."
Unlike other solutions that require months of implementation, Eaship allows manufacturers to start operating in a few weeks without the need for initial ERP integration. This facilitates the validation of the solution in a real environment before committing technical resources. Its subscription model and the absence of technological requirements for transporters eliminate economic and operational barriers, fostering rapid adoption.
In 2025, the company launched its loading and unloading appointment booking module, which improves the coordination of raw material intake and ensures compliance with delivery schedules. Additionally, Eaship is developing artificial intelligence functionalities for automatic validation of transport invoices, reducing errors and accelerating the administrative closing of each operation.
Transport represents between 5% and 10% of industrial manufacturers' costs and remains one of the least digitized areas. Eaship addresses this gap by offering efficiency, visibility, and savings, automating communications and administrative tasks, and generating savings of between 100,000 and 500,000 euros annually in some cases. The Sustainable Mobility Law (Law 9/2025), approved in October 2025, will make digital control documents mandatory for road freight transport starting October 5, 2026, and Eaship enables native compliance with this regulation.
The company's new phase will be led by the founder and CEO, who is joined by a new co-founder and CPTO to drive growth. This new member, formerly a senior product engineer at another company, co-founded an edtech platform that was acquired in 2024 and reached over 500,000 users in 190 countries, strengthening Eaship's technological and execution capabilities.
