The Cybersecurity Startup Program, driven by Incibe and Startup Valencia, has concluded its third edition with 26 new cybersecurity companies established and 40 startups accelerated, solidifying its role as a national benchmark.

Over three years, the Cybersecurity Startup Program, an initiative by Incibe (National Cybersecurity Institute) and Startup Valencia, with the collaboration of Valencia Innovation Capital, has achieved significant results. The program has seen the establishment of 26 new cybersecurity companies and has accelerated 40 startups, involving more than 90 entrepreneurial teams.
This project was born with the aim of integrating cybersecurity as a strategic lever in the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystem. Throughout its three editions, it has consolidated two complementary work streams: incubation and acceleration, becoming one of the national benchmarks for entrepreneurship in this sector.
The incubation program has hosted 55 projects since its first edition. Of these, 26 have been established as companies, and 6 have moved on to the acceleration program, completing the full maturation cycle within the same ecosystem. In parallel, the acceleration program has worked with 40 startups, about 10 of which have accessed Lanzadera, Juan Roig's accelerator.

"This program is an example of what can be achieved when institutions, corporations, students, and entrepreneurs work with a common goal: to position our technological ecosystem as a European benchmark in cybersecurity, a strategic sector."

Nacho Mas · CEO of Startup Valencia
The Demo Day, held at La Harinera last week, brought together 10 startups from the acceleration program and the 5 best projects from this edition's incubation program. Amaia Cuida, a tool for applying Person-Centered Care (PCC), was the winner of the acceleration program, awarded €10,000. The winner of the incubation program was PrevenSys, a solution for the early diagnosis of endometriosis and adenomyosis, which received €5,000. Additionally, Mentelem was recognized as Cybersecurity Winner.
