Chella Hosts 2025 Job Interview Marathon for La Costera and La Canal

The initiative, promoted by the Costera-Canal Territorial Pact, aims to facilitate access to employment in these regions with the support of LABORA.

The town of Chella will host the 2025 Job Interview Marathon on Wednesday, April 29, an intensive day to facilitate access to employment in the regions of La Costera and La Canal de Navarrés.

This initiative is part of the Pactem Futur program, promoted by the Costera-Canal Territorial Pact, and has the collaboration of LABORA, the SEPE, and the Generalitat Valenciana. The activity will take place at the Chella Cultural Center, located at Ronda Blasco Ibáñez avenue, number 12, from 09:00 to 14:00 hours.
During the event, job seekers will be able to interview directly with companies from various sectors. A wide range of professional profiles will be offered, including dressmaker, maintenance staff, waiter/waitress, delivery driver, production operator, forklift driver, agricultural tractor driver, quality technician, or agricultural engineer, among others.

The organization reminds participants that it is necessary to indicate the offer number they are applying for when submitting their application.

The coordinator of the Costera-Canal Territorial Pact, Andreu Bertomeu, highlighted the usefulness of this initiative in bringing job opportunities closer. For his part, the president of the Costera-Canal Territorial Pact and of the Mancomunitat de la Costera-Canal, José Luis Gijón, positively valued the continuity of these events and their extension to the Canal territory, with Chella as a meeting point.
Gijón noted that, according to LABORA data, unemployment has decreased by 11.74% since January 2025 (March 2026 data), and insisted on the need to continue strengthening this trend through active employment policies and a commitment to stable and quality jobs.
