CDV has materialized its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Alicante through two key projects: one for food and training support, and another for ecological restoration.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a fundamental pillar in CDV's decision-making, with a clear focus on people's well-being and the development of the Alicante region. The company integrates this philosophy into its business model through collaborations with local associations, aiming to enhance the social and environmental development of its surroundings with the active participation of its employees.
On May 18th, a part of the CDV team, led by its general director, Javier Beas, symbolically presented a donation. The recipients were Daniel Aguilar, director of the Alicante Renace project and president of the Enamorados de Alicante Association, and Carlos Baño, president of Cámara Alicante and promoter of Alicante Gastronómica Solidaria (AGS).
In previous years, CDV had already collaborated with AGS, a non-profit entity founded during the Covid-19 pandemic. This association carries out a dual function: on one hand, it prepares and distributes food daily to vulnerable individuals; on the other, it offers hospitality training to people at risk of social exclusion. The project captivated CDV with its solidarity spirit, and this year the company has renewed its commitment by contributing the equivalent of preparing 400 solidarity meals.
CDV's commitment to the community extends beyond social support. The company has also allocated resources to the environmental improvement of the province of Alicante and the restoration of degraded areas. Therefore, a second donation has been directed to the Proyecto Alicante Renace, promoted by the Enamorados de Alicante Association.
Since 2014, this association has been working on the ecological restoration of desertified areas through the planting of native species, soil regeneration, and the sowing of Mediterranean herbaceous plants. Thanks to this collaboration, CDV will contribute to planting 100 specimens of Tetraclinis articulata and sowing 5,000 seeds of Mediterranean herbaceous plants in Cala Cantalar, a natural area of 41,401 m². This action will improve vegetation cover, promote soil moisture retention, reduce erosion, and increase biodiversity in a valuable coastal enclave.
The choice of Proyecto Alicante Renace is based on CDV's conviction that it is possible to build a greener and more sustainable future, combating climate change at a local level.
These social and solidarity actions are part of CDV's CSR strategy for the past three years and are linked to an internal initiative called CDV Challenge. This challenge aims to unite employees towards a common goal: accumulating points through sports practice, volunteering, recycling, and the priority use of public transport. The objective is to generate a triple benefit: for individual health, for society, and for the environment.
The points accumulated on a platform developed by the IT team are transformed, at the end of the year, into a financial contribution for solidarity projects. During 2025, over 3,500 hours of activity and 8,100 kilometers covered were recorded, demonstrating the strong involvement of CDV's staff.
