The Valencian financial cooperative Caixa Popular has consolidated its growth and strengthened its social leadership by increasing its investment by 44%, allocating 3.42 million euros in 2025 to promote 2,225 initiatives throughout the Valencian territory.

This significant increase in Caixa Popular's social investment, rising from 2.38 million euros in 2024 to 3.42 million in 2025, reflects the positive evolution of the entity, which recorded 52.3 million euros in profits last year. Additionally, 325 more initiatives have been promoted, representing a 17% increase.
The entity has collaborated with 1,500 organizations, 200 more than in 2024, consolidating its role as a driver of social cohesion and community development. Its support has intensified towards vulnerable groups through equality, inclusion, and accessibility programs, such as Ayudas a la Igualdad, the Sense Barreres program, and the Dona Emprén project, all of which have seen their resources increased.
Among the notable developments last year is the creation of the Diari de l’animador social, a pioneering tool designed to strengthen the local social ecosystem and improve the detection of needs in each office. Furthermore, Caixa Popular has reinforced its response to emergencies with special lines for municipalities affected by the DANA in October 2024 and the opening of new offices in affected areas.
The commitment to education, inclusive sports, and Valencian culture remains a fundamental pillar of the entity's social action. It maintains consolidated alliances with organizations such as Fundació Horta Sud, Fundació Novaterra, Cocemfe, Fundación Levante UD, Valencia Basket, and the Federació de Pilota Valenciana.
With these results, the cooperative reaffirms its vision as the Valencian financial entity with the greatest social involvement and impact, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals and with a cooperative banking model that places people and the territory at the center of its activity.
