The forum, held at the Llar Fallera, has established itself as the most important labor intermediation tool in the locality. The event featured a marathon of simultaneous interviews, each lasting approximately 15 minutes, where participants could directly connect with human resources managers from participating companies.
This edition marked a qualitative leap, with the participation of 40 companies offering more than 200 vacancies. The interest in the event was reflected in the volume of activity, reaching a record 3,285 applications submitted. This increase in the number of participating firms reinforces the event's ability to effectively connect the personnel needs of the business fabric with the available labor supply.
“"This event brings together leading companies in the area and highlights the enormous local talent of Burriana. It is an agile and personal way for citizens actively seeking employment or in the process of career improvement to conduct direct and in-person interviews."
The mayor of Burriana and the councilor for Active Employment Policies attended the event. The employment councilor praised this seventh edition as a resounding success in management and participation that fosters employment in the municipality. She emphasized that the volume of applications and the response from the business sector demonstrate that this forum is an essential driver for revitalizing the local labor market and offering real opportunities to the residents of the capital of La Plana Baixa.
